We are especially adept at solutions requiring strong Project Management skills and proficient at implementing policies and procedures to achieve best outcomes. Agreed upon SLA's are implemented and defined metrics utilized to measure results. ACP has participated in Deskside Support projects and Windows 10 migrations which require this expertise.

ACP configures tens of thousands of systems each year and our engineers have extensive experience working on hardware for most major manufacturers. As an example of our capabilities in this space, ACP completed a nationwide rollout of 34,000 HP desktops, where we imaged and shipped these systems against a very aggressive project plan.. Our e-commerce solution, ACP On-Line, is very effective in facilitating the communication required between ACP and its customers.

ACP is currently supporting many major corporations as well as middle-market companies and has engineers on site in various locations across the country. We have a deep technical team of W2 engineers and you'll find the scale to handle rollouts and support technical projects on a national basis with the ability to scale up very rapidly.
